Kamal Mehta a man working in the field of Banking and Finance since 1998 and C.A. by profession laid down the foundation stone of Jodhpur National University to meet the needs of people of Rajasthan in the field of professional and technical education. Key Points:
Jodhpur National University (JNU), Rajasthan was established in 2008. The main objective of the University is to provide the state of the art education at the door steps of the prospective student community for which earlier they have to travel far distances and for this reason scores of bright students could not peruse higher and technical education.
The admission to UG and PG program in participating universities under CLAT will be completed through online centralized counselling conducted by CLAT Office. The basis of allotment of seats will be ‘merit-cum-preference.’ That is, CLAT Rank and order of preference given by the candidate in the CLAT application form. Online counselling will start after the declaration of CLAT 2018 results. All the undergraduate and post graduate programs are full time and residential.

UG Courses:
Intake capacity of all the 3 undergraduate degree programs, put together is 100 students + 15 (NRI).
NLU, Jodhpur offers admission to the 1-year LL.M. Program in corporate laws/ intellectual property rights/ international trade law/ banking & finance/ cyber law & cyber security. Admission to the LL.M. program will be done through CLAT on the merit basis. A program will be conducted only if there are minimum 10 students opting for the program.
Intake: 20 in each (admission through CLAT)
