Integral University is located at Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh and regarded as the state university. It was established as a university in 1998 and was inaugurated by then Prime Minister of India Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The University was granted a University status in 2004 and is accredited to AICTE. The university offers four years full time Bachelor of Technology course with specialization in Biotechnology. Biotechnology unifies biology and technology by covering a wide range of subjects like agriculture, animal husbandry, biochemistry, bio-statistics, cell biology, chemistry, crop management, cropping system, ecology, engineering, genetics, health, immunology, medicine, microbiology, plant physiology, soil science, soil conservation, seed technology, and virology, etc. The facilities available at Integral University are well equipped Computer centre, academic departments, Medical Centre, Canteen, Students Activity Centre, PCO, Gymnasium, Play-ground, hostels and library. The placement cell is very efficient and enabled resourceful placement of students in prestigious institutions all across the state and country.
